MIM: It's Elementary

Our library has an enormous Thank You that a local elementary school made for the librarians. The kids drew a tree and used crumpled tissue paper for the flowers and leaves. I've been admiring it for a while and decided to do something similar today. This week's Make it Monday is about masking the sentiment.

Besides the Santa Claus tissue paper, the only color I had handy was white, which actually was nice because I colored it with Copics to make my own colors. I cut it into squares, crumpled it up and glued it to the tree. Easypeasy. Thanks, kids.
